How to return an item?
Returns and exchanges are easy. All you have to do is email us at email@example.com, send us back the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, and pay for the return shipping.
If you would like to purchase an item as a gift, all you have to do is enter the name and address of the gift recipient in the shipping information when placing your order. We do not include receipts with prices in our packages, so there is nothing else you need to do. You will receive an order confirmation via email, so use your email when placing a gift order.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide, and all orders are trackable via your country's national shipping service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.)
If you do not receive your item after eight weeks, we will happily reship your item to you at no additional cost as long as you enter the correct information on the checkout page. Please make sure to enter your accurate shipping information. There are no mistakes because we are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for stolen packages after the postal carrier has confirmed delivery.
For International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, fees, tariffs, other government fees, lost packages in your home country, natural weather events, public holidays, or any other issues. Please check with your home country’s policies regarding taxes/duties.
