Can I return a Free + Shipping item?

Can I return personalized items?

Custom Printed Items do not qualify for a refund. However, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at or chat.

I am not satisfied; what should I do?

Returns and exchanges are easy; send us back the item and pay for the return shipping. If you would like to make a return, please email us at, and we will give you instructions on how to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.

I have not received my order yet; HELP!

No worries! We want you to be 100% satisfied. That means you should get what you pay for. It could be that there's a hurricane, the carrier's wife has given birth, or there's a duck on the road that makes your package arrive a little late.

We will contact the carrier and tell you when you can expect your order. Is your order not coming? Then, we will send a new one or refund your money.

If you do not receive your item after six weeks, we will happily reship your item at no cost as long as you enter the correct information on the checkout page. So please make sure to enter your accurate shipping information and that there are no mistakes.
